Girls Lacrosse Camp
This camp will teach and reinforce the fundamental skills of lacrosse: cradling, catching, throwing, picking up ground balls, dodging, shooting, intercepting. For more experienced players the focus will be on the essential skills needed for both offense and defense in game type situations.
