Event Description
The 3-hour clinic will be broken down into 3 parts to help provide instruction to multiple levels of experience. Session 1 will be lecture style that focus on the basics of throwing, catching, basic defense, spacing and field layout. Session 2 will be lecture style that will cover the same aspects as session 1 but focused on the application of these skills with drills to help you implement offensive and defensive systems. Session 3 will be on field demos that will be drill and system concentrated.

Session 1

- Q&A: 1:40 – 1:50

- Focus: Throwing, catching, basic defense, spacing and field layout
- 2 Groups: Boys & Girls
Session 2
- Time: 2-2:40
- Q&A: 2:40 – 2:50
- Location: Petersen Events Center
- Focus: Advanced skill drills (passing, shooting, defense), spacing, defensive & offensive systems
- 2 Groups: Boys & Girls
Session 3
- Time: 3:15 - 4:00
- Location: COST
- Focus: Drill DEMOS
- 2 Groups: Boys & Girls
