DECEMBER SKILLS CLINIC

Coach Valentine is excited to be back home on the Eastern Shore of Maryland to offer an indoor instructional clinic on Saturday, December 17th. Limited to just 15 players per session, this small group training is designed to improve fundamental skills and lacrosse IQ through individualized instruction and high repetition. Open to all players and experience levels in grades 8th - 12th. Players will focus on improving fundamental skills including footwork, stickwork, defensive positioning, dodging, and more. Drills will build throughout the session to include team offensive and defensive concepts. Great tune up before the spring season!

The Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Washington College, Kate Fowler, will also be in attendance to work with players!!

• Water bottle
• Goalies should provide their own equipment
