2018 Tar Heel Day Camp

Coach Donna J. Papa, the Tar Heel players and a staff of experienced college, high school and travel ball coaches will instruct participants of every skill level. All fundamentals of the game will be taught including hitting, bunting, infield and outfield play, base running, and game competition.  Demonstrations, drills, and practice sessions are all included in the sessions as well as games.  This camp is a 3-day camp geared toward all skill levels and all positions for rising 4th -8th graders. Campers are divided by age, and skill levels to ensure the appropriate learning environment and safety. The fee includes softball instruction, attention from a certified athletic trainer if needed, and a Nike Camp T-shirt. Lunch will NOT be included but we will have a supervised lunch break so please plan to pack a lunch for your child. This is one of our most popular camps for those just getting involved in the game to those with a few years experience.

Donna J. Papa Softball Camps are open to any and all participants, limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender.
