Offensive Session: Timing is everything! This portion of camp is designed to improve BOTH your swing mechanics, hitting mindset, and offensive strategy. Players will also get a glimpse into the life of a college softball player from every aspect. Not only will you learn drills to take home to improve skills, you will have sessions that cover fitness, nutrition, injury prevention, academic advising, sports psychology and much more. Campers will get Duke Softball Camp T-shirt and handouts to take home to further their development. This is a great camp to learn and show your skills amongst other elite players while gaining instruction from college coaches and players. What To Bring: Each camper must bring her own softball equipment. Players should bring a glove, cleats, running shoes or turf shoes, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear. Each camper can purchase lunch for $10 a day. Additional Information: Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way we communicate. Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will help us keep you up to date. Refund Policy: Credit given for future camps for cancellations 10 days prior to camp. No refund or credit given if cancellation is within 10 days of camp.
Duke Softball Camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
