Small Group Workshops

Our hitting, catching & pitching workshops will be 1.5 hours long and limited to no more than 6 players per session.

Hitting sessions will emphasize proper movement patterns in the swing as well as power development. Assistants Kristin Erb and Jordan Caffrey will be the coaches for this session.

Pitching sessions will emphasize speed development as well as individual work with breaking pitches.

Catching sessions will emphasize framing, blocking and throwing. Assistant Jordan Caffrey will be the coach for this session.

Please note that our workshop times are subject to change. We have games scheduled prior to the workshops. The first workshop time will be held approximately 30 minutes after our game ends.
