Ages: 11+
**11 Year Olds - Day Campers Only**
Location: Jane B. Moore Field
Overnight Camper | Ages 12+ | 4 Days / 3 Nights: $575 per Camper
Overnight Camper | Ages 12+ | Deposit Option: $150 per Camper
**Full Payment Must Be Made By June 8th**
Day Camper | Ages 11+ | 1 Day: $150 per Camper
Day Camper | Ages 11+ | 4 Days: $475 per Camper

A Note For Parents / Guardians
All camp communication for camp information, schedule updates, weather issues, etc. will come via e-mail. Please be sure that in registering, you provide the e-mail address of the party that needs to see this information most.

Camp Fee Includes

  • Overnight Camper: Registration, T-Shirt, All Meals
  • Day Camper: Registration, T-Shirt, Lunch / Dinner When Provided

Online Registration Cut Off

  • Overnight Camper: June 8th
  • Day Camper: June 11th

Monday, June 18th

  • 10:00am: Overnight Camper Check-In (Dorm)
  • 11:00am: Day Camper Check-In (Jane B. Moore Press Box) / Small Lunch & Snack Provided
  • 12:00pm-4:30pm: Skill Instruction
  • 5:00pm-6:30pm: Dinner
  • 7:00pm-9:00pm: Game Play

Tuesday, June 19th & Wednesday, June 20th

  • 9:00am: Breakfast
  • 9:15am: Day Camper Check-In (Jane B. Moore Press Box)
  • 10:00am-12:30pm: Skill Instruction
  • 12:30pm-1:30pm: Lunch
  • 1:30pm-4:30pm: Skill Instruction
  • 5:00pm: Dinner
  • 7:00pm-9:00pm: Game Play

Thursday, June 21st

  • 8:00am: Breakfast
  • 8:15am: Day Camper Check-In (Jane B. Moore Press Box)
  • 9:00am-11:00am: Game Play
  • 11:00am: Overnighth Camper Check-Out (Dorm)

Confirmation Email

Required Medical Paperwork

  • Medical Clearance Form 
  • Physician's Signature on Medical Clearance Form OR on Participant Physical
  • Copy of Front & Back of Insurance Card
  • Camp Waiver (Signed Online Upon Registration)

Previous Camp Balance / Camp Forwards
DO NOT register online if you are using a forward from a previous camp, please e-mail meganreynolds.au@gmail.com once registration has opened for the camp or clinic your camper would like to attend. An e-mail must be received prior to the camp or clinic filling up.

Camp Refund Policy
In order to be compliant with NCAA rules, please understand that any payment you make towards camp is non-refundable. If for some reason a camper cannot attend, please inform Megan Reynolds (meganreynolds.au@gmail.com) at least one week prior to the camp or clinic date and we will gladly forward your camp balance to be used towards for a different Mickey Dean Camp or clinic. If an individual cannot attend due to a medical reason, please provide a doctor’s note to meganreynolds.au@gmail.com and the balance will be forwarded, if the cancellation is made prior to camp. Finally, no refunds or balance forwards will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp. Please contact Megan Reynolds should you have any questions about the refund policy.

Camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
