Event Description

The Pirate Camp is designed to develop beyond the basics. These include throwing, infield, outfield, pitching, bunting, and creating a productive fastpitch swing. Campers will have an opportunity to implement these skills. The ECU coaches are responsible for drilling the skills while providing continuous feedback to the athletes. This camp’s main goal is to prepare campers to play at the collegiate level!

Session I Defense - $185: This clinic is designed to improve your overall ability to play defense at a high level. We will cover individual fielding technique with specifics to position play.

Session II Hitting - $160: This clinic is designed to improve your swing, hand eye coordination, and give you the confidence you need to be the best hitter possible. We will cover individual hitting needs with drills, and batting practice.

Session III Pitching/Catching $160: Groups and instruction are based on age and skill level. Drills will include technique, accuracy, conditioning, speed, and how to throw different pitches. Pitchers will need to provide their own catcher. Catchers will learn the mechanics to improve receiving, framing, blocking & bunt coverage. At the end of the session pitchers will throw to catchers in clinic!
