Speed, Agility & Baserunning Camps | 2018 - 2019
These camps are designed to enhance the softball player’s understanding of baserunning technique and strategy. Instruction will be provided on speed out of the batter’s box, rounding bases, sliding, and situational base running.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Campers must bring tennis shoes if inclement weather forces us to go indoors. All campers must download and complete the Release of liability form. Camper must bring the release of liability form with them to camp along with a copy of camper's insurance card. Each pitcher must supply her own catcher. Catcher also must sign release of liability form and bring copy of insurance card with them.
