Note For Coaches
All camp communication for camp information, schedule updates, weather issues, etc. will come via e-mail. Please be sure that in registering, you provide the e-mail address of the party that needs to see this information most. Camp questions and communication now handled through a new e-mail: SoftballCamp@auburn.edu.

This camp will cover all areas of coaching from coaching philosophy and culture, to practice plans, operations topics and utilizing your staff/resources. We have scheduled this around some fall games to provide entertainment and opportunities to apply discussion topics in a game day setting.

Friday, October 5th (Optional)

• 6:00pm: AU vs TBA

Saturday, October 6th

• 9:00am: Registration / Check-In at Jane B. Moore Press Box
• 9:30am: Classroom / Discussion
• 11:30am: Lunch Provided
• 12:30pm: Team Practice / Coaches Instruction & Discussion
• 3:00pm: Q&A With Team & Staff

Sunday, October 7th (Optional)

• 11:00am: Pregame Begins - Coaches Welcome To Particpate in Pregame (Optional)
• 1:00pm: Auburn vs University of North Georgia
• 3:30pm: Auburn vs Valdosta State
  • Auburn Staff will be available for Q&A following games (Optional)

Clinic Fee Includes
Registration, meals where provided. Coaches are welcome to participate in all optional sessions. Friday’s game will be the subject of game day discussion on Saturday. Sunday’s pregame option will be open for observation and informal questions.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon registration with further camp information. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please be sure to check your spam e-mail. Feel free to reach out to SoftballCamp@auburn.edu if you still do not see the confirmation e-mail.

Previous Clinic Balance / Clinic Forwards
DO NOT register online if you are using a forward from a previous camp, please e-mail SoftballCamp@auburn.edu once registration has opened for the camp or clinic your camper would like to attend. An e-mail must be received prior to the camp or clinic filling up.

Clinic Refund Policy
In order to be compliant with NCAA rules, please understand that any payment you make towards camp is non-refundable. If for some reason a camper cannot attend, please inform Megan Reynolds (SoftballCamp@auburn.edu) at least one week prior to the camp or clinic date and we will gladly forward your camp balance to be used towards for a different Mickey Dean Camp or clinic. If an individual cannot attend due to a medical reason, please provide a doctor’s note to SoftballCamp@auburn.edu and the balance will be forwarded, if the cancellation is made prior to camp. Finally, no refunds or balance forwards will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp. Please contact Megan Reynolds should you have any questions about the refund policy.
