FALL COLLEGE PREP CHEER CLINIC

Ages: 6 - Current College Athletes
Time: 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
This a college prep clinic for interested athletes wanting to gain experience in stunting both coed and all girl skills, as well as learn Kent State University's traditions and game day rituals; such as Fight song, proper motion and jump technique, and sideline cheers/chants.

What To Bring:
- Cheer shoes
- Extra money if campers would like to purchase gear from our team shop

|1:30 - 2:00 p.m.||Stretch & warm up|
|2:00 - 2:30 p.m.||Fight song/tumbling|
|2:30 - 3:00 p.m.||Sideline chants and jump work shop|
|3:00 - 3:15 p.m.||Teaching safe spotting|
|3:15 - 3:50 p.m.||Teaching stunt progressions both coed and all girl|
|3:50 - 4:00 p.m.||Review/cool down, Q and A with the team about the time commitment and "What it is like to be a college cheerleader"|
Medical Release Form: Every participating camper must print off and bring a completed KSU Medical Form.
