Catching Session: 9:00am - 10:00am Cost: $50

All Skills Camp + Catching Session Cost: $200

This camp is an all-skills camp in the new Trienens Hall and Trienens Hall annex designed for 5th-8th graders of all skill levels and experience to come and spend a great day of instruction with Northwestern softball. This camp will be coached by the Northwestern Softball staff, alum, and current players. We will cover both fundamentals and situational play including hitting, base running, fielding, and throwing, as well as some introductions to strength and conditioning and mental training. We look forward to seeing you there!

Notes: We will take a short lunch/snack break during this camp so please bring something to fuel you up to finish the camp strong! Water and Gatorade will be provided.

Post camp, we will offer an optional tour of Walter Fieldhouse, where our student athletes train, fuel, study, etc. This tour will be about 30 minutes long. If you would like to join us you will need to transport yourself to the fieldhouse, which is 1.2 miles from Trienens Hall.

Catching Session: Come work with us early on your blocking, receiving, transfer, defense, and decision making in this hour of catching.

Northwestern Softball camps are open to any girl limited only by age and number of campers.
