OFFENSE & DEFENSE HOLIDAY BREAK SOFTBALL ACADEMY
Ankeny Centennial High School softball coaching staff will be holding their annual Holiday Break Softball camp for girls interested in all areas of softball December 27th and 28th. Centennial head coach, Brett Delaney, and assistant coaches, will assist in fundamentals of offense and defense. Players will be put in groups according to age and is open to any North Feeder students.
The Offense and Defense Holiday Break Softball Academy is two 90 minute session held on back to back days. These camps will focus on stretching properly, drills to increase arm strength, fundamental skills of hitting and defense to prepare players for the upcoming AGSA and travel ball seasons. One session will run from 12:30-2:00 pm and one will run from 2:00-3:30pm. Coach will contact you before the camp to let you know what time your player will attend.
Generally, 8U thru 10U players will go in the early session and 11U thru 14U players will attend the later session.
