All 2019-20 high school campers must be enrolled to attend LSWHS for 2019-20 and are required to have a current physical on file dated 2/1/18 or later on the LSW PRIVIT website. https://lswtitans-mo.e-ppe.com/index.jspa
All 2019-20 middle school campers must be enrolled to attend SLMS for 2019-20 and must submit a current sports physical dated 2/1/18 or after to the Lee's Summit West Athletic Office.
