PGF National Championship Elite Camp | Application
This camp is associated with the PGF National Championship and will have no conflict with any games. If you and your team are participating in another tournament, we have no control over those game times that may have a conflict with the times of our camp. Make sure that you have a complete understanding of our refund policy.
Participation in the tournament is not required and has no bearing on camp placement. Camps are open to any and all campers limited only by age and number of participants.
Please read and understand this cancelation policy prior to submitting a completed/paid registration. Online registration does not guarantee placement into camp. Online registration signifies that you have paid and applied. All registrants are considered to be applicants and on a waiting list until they are accepted into camp. Accepted players will be notified via email. Players not accepted into camp who remain on waiting list will be issued refund (less 3rd party processing fees) a week after completion of camp.
Refund Policy – Accepted Players
If the entire Camp/Clinic is cancelled due to rain or some other unforeseen event, all but a $100 per camper fee will be refunded due to pre-camp/clinic fixed expenses. This non-refundable amount ($100) may increase at the sole discretion of Premier Girls Fastpitch.
June 7th camp, Refunds requested prior to May 31st are subject to a 20% processing fee
July 28th camp, , Refunds requested prior to July 20th are subject to a 20% processing fee
June 7th camp, if you withdraw from the camp for any reason after May 31st 2019 your camp fees will be totally non-refundable.

Refund Policy - "Waiting List Players"
Wait list players are those that have completed registration but not yet accepted. All "Waiting List" participants are entitled to a full refund (less 3rd party processing fees). Refunds will be processed the week after the completion of the camp.
In lieu of a refund you may transfer your entry to another player, there is a 10% processing fee for this. This is only possible if the camp is not full and the new player meets the registration requirements. Contact camp director Mario Moreno for this at firstname.lastname@example.org
CAMP PARTICIPATION IN RELATION TO THE NEW NCAA RECRUITING RULE: The new recruiting rules have no impact on camp participation, communication between players and college coaches during the camp. The players 2020 through 2024 still are on the field and can work directly with the college coaches. (Coaches may not discuss specific recruitment with certain players is the only impact of the new rule).
Coaches can still evaluate, receive future emails with game times, go to games and put the younger players on "Their Radar" Our camps at PGF allow players a great opportunity to stay within the rules and develop direct relationships with the coaches on the field during the camp.

To All College Coaches attending PGF Nationals
We want to welcome you to PGF Nationals of 2019, as you plan your week, we would like you to consider attending our PGF National Championship Camp.
The camp is run on Sunday, July 28th 2019 from 10:00am to 2:15pm at Harvard Park, 14701 Harvard Ave. Irvine CA. There are no games scheduled for that day (this is the day after the end of 16U and 18U and the day prior to the start of 14U & 12U).
The camp utilizes all 7 fields at the complex and we place 30 players on each field (total of 210 players, with a grad year of 2020 through 2024, all are non-committed).
Each field is run independently of the other and are run by college coaches.
The camp schedule is broken down into the following...
11:00am..Offensive drills (normally dual front toss)
12:00noon until 2:15pm.. Live games, no umps, no score, starting at 1-1 counts and fast paced.
All players wear a colored numbered pinnie that ID's the player by year of graduation.
You are not required to check in in advance, when arriving, go the PGF Tent where we give you a detailed coaches book that has players listed by field, year, position(s) and numbered pinnie.
You will know most of the coaches running each field (we put 4 per field) so feel free to ask them to accommodate any request of putting a player on the field or position.
