Advanced Pitcher Mini-Clinic

During this advanced, intensive clinic, pitchers will work to improve current skills and learn new skills that they need to be successful at the collegiate level. Pitchers will have the opportunity to learn a new pitch or enhance existing pitches, and their speed will be recorded. They will also have a chance to showcase their different pitches. The expectations for pitchers at the collegiate level will be reviewed, and tips for mastering skills like mental toughness, body language, and composure will be communicated and practiced.

Grades: 9th - 12th
Advanced Pitching Instruction - Athlete must be a competitive pitcher looking to compete at the collegiate level in the future.
Registration: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Time: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Cost: $40

Location: Randolph College Softball Field

What to bring:

Please bring all personal softball equipment (cleats, gloves, catcher’s gear, etc.). Wear softball pants with long socks. You may wear any t-shirt or jersey that you would like. We will provide water and cups. Optional – bug spray, sunscreen, and personal water bottle.

PITCHERS BRING YOUR OWN CATCHER. This person can be a parent, coach or friend. If your catcher is under 18 y/o, he or she must wear full gear. (CONTACT Sara Flinn IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS finding a catcher or gear. We may be able to provide it for you, and we do not want this to be a reason for you not to come. We must have advanced notice to see what we can work out.
