The Creighton Softball Fall Hitting League is designed to help further develop softball players that are interested in enhancing their offensive hitting skills. The League runs for four weeks and is supervised by the Creighton University Softball coaching staff and players.   Each session will be broken into two main parts; an instructional period and a competitive period. The instructional period will focus on teaching the fundamentals of a consistent, balanced, and powerful swing through the use of drill work, along with zone awareness and situational hitting.  The competitive session will allow players to apply their skills in a fun and competitive environment.  Players accumulate points by hitting designated areas throughout the cage and by performing situational hitting successfully (bunts, hit and runs, opposite field hitting, etc.).

LOCATION: Creighton’s indoor hitting facility located in the Kitty Gaughan Pavilion adjacent to the baseball & softball fields located on 22nd & Burt.

EQUIPMENT: Each hitter is responsible for bringing their own bat, helmet, and if used, batting gloves. Tennis shoes can be worn in the hitting facility.

REFUND POLICY: A 50% refund will be given for notification received prior to September 27th. No refunds will be granted after October 11th.
