1 Day: $125 per Day per Camper

Communication Note For Parents / Guardians

All communication for camp information, schedule updates, weather issues, etc. will come via e-mail. Please be sure that in registering, you provide the e-mail address of the party that needs to see this information most.

Please remind your campers that this e-mail address is for camp use only, and any recruiting e-mails should be addressed to the coaching staff via their email addresses listed on the Auburn Softball Staff Page.

Camp is open to any and all entrants, grades 7th-12th. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Team Assignments
We have a very specific method in which we assign teams, in order to ensure an optimal experience at camp. We will not be able to accommodate any requests for campers to be put on the same team. CAMPERS WILL CHECK IN EACH DAY, teams may be adjusted through the week for safety or injury.

What To Bring Camp Checklist
NEW PAPERWORK IS REQUIRED FOR THIS CAMP FOR ALL CAMPERS

  • Shorts / Pants (Whatever the camper is more comfortable in.)
  • Socks
  • T-Shirts
  • Softball Glove
  • Water Bottle
  • Catching Equipment (If You Are a Catcher)
  • Softball Bat
  • Helmet
  • Batting Gloves
  • Tennis Shoes (REQUIRED)
  • Cleats
  • Spending Money (Camp Store)
  • Sunscreen

Confirmation Email
A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon registration with further camp information. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please be sure to check your spam e-mail. Feel free to reach out to SoftballCamp@auburn.edu if you still do not see the confirmation e-mail.

Required Medical Paperwork
NEW PAPERWORK IS REQUIRED FOR THIS CAMP FOR ALL CAMPERS

  • Medical Clearance Form
  • Physician's Signature on Medical Clearance Form OR on Participant Physical
  • Copy of Front & Back of Insurance Card
  • Camp Waiver (Signed Online Upon Registration)

Team Store
Mickey Dean Camps shirts will be available for purchase at the team store, as well as drinks and light snacks. The team store will be located in the press box at Jane B. Moore Field.

Previous Camp Balance / Camp Forwards
DO NOT register online if you are using a forward from a previous camp, please e-mail SoftballCamp@auburn.edu once registration has opened for the camp or clinic your camper would like to attend. An e-mail must be received prior to the camp or clinic filling up.

Camp Refund Policy
In order to be compliant with NCAA rules, please understand that any payment you make towards camp is non-refundable. If for some reason a camper cannot attend, please inform Megan Reynolds (SoftballCamp@auburn.edu) at least one week prior to the camp or clinic date and we will gladly forward your camp balance to be used towards for a different Mickey Dean Camp or clinic. If an individual cannot attend due to a medical reason, please provide a doctor’s note to SoftballCamp@auburn.edu and the balance will be forwarded, if the cancellation is made prior to camp. Finally, no refunds or balance forwards will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp. Please contact Megan Reynolds should you have any questions about the refund policy.

Camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
