Event Description

Miner Softball Fall Elite Prospect Clinic | 2019

 

Session 1: Pitching 10:00am – 12:00pm
The pitching clinic offers high intensity drills designed for the player looking to develop her pitching skill set. Instruction given by Coach Steve White and current players on the S&T softball team.

(Pitchers must provide their own catcher. Catcher can be parent, sibling, teammate or coach. If catcher is under 18 years old they will be required to wear protective gear during the pitching session.)

Session 2: Non-pitching Positions 9:00 am – 11:30am
This camp will feature development of skill sets in all positions except pitcher.  Receive one on one instruction from Head Coach Cathy Monroe and current players on the S&T softball team.  We will focus on high level drills to further develop the experienced softball player.

Session 3: Hitting 1:00pm – 3:30pm
The Missouri S&T coaching staff and current players will be providing instruction to develop each campers swing.  Get an in-depth look and experience of the Missouri S&T Softball hitting approach.

Session 4: Advanced Pitching 1:00pm – 3:30pm
In this pitching session Coach White will continue to build from the morning session.  Get in-depth feedback on your pitches and learn how to be a better pitcher.

One Session: $60
Two Sessions: $100
Cost for ALL camps includes a T-Shirt.

*Each session will have an optional Q/A with players and/or campus tour. If you sign up for two sessions the Q/A and tour will be provided after the afternoon session.

LOCATION: Outside at the MINER SOFTBALL field OR Inside at MINER DOME/GALE BULLMAN BUILDING located on the MISSOURI S&T campus

WHAT TO BRING: cleats and tennis shoes, dress appropriately, bring a helmet, bat, glove, catching equipment if you are a catcher to camp.
