Wildcat Advanced Throwing & Defense Clinic
Come learn St. Kate’s Softball’s defensive philosophies!
You will be taught a collegiate throwing progression with arm care, and run through defensive drill circuits that emphasize infield & outfield fundamentals (including footwork, glove work & angles) while also fostering a competitive and game speed environment!
Clinic is limited to 20 participants and will run rain or shine with indoor backup. Please bring your glove & water bottle, campers also strongly encouraged to wear athletic/softball pants.
