Pitchers will develop intricate aspects of specific pitches with instruction from UNC Pitching Coach, Chelsey Barclay, UNC Volunteer Assistant Coach, Nicole Bond, and a staff of experienced pitchers. Be exposed and master drills focused on pitch specific aspects, built to take your pitches to the next level. Drill work will transition to pitching challenges, meant to test mental and physical aspects of each pitcher. It is recommended that pitchers have a strong base and understanding of pitching mechanics prior to attending, but it is not required. Come improve your overall game in just one day!!

 

Catchers will breakdown their skill sets. Focus will be on receiving, blocking, throwing/transfers,and catching-specific conditioning. We will be honing in on the little details that make catching such unique position. Catchers will learn specific drills to enhance their game in the above mentioned areas, as well as, be challenged to push themselves beyond their expectations.
