This camp is open to high school athletes in grades 9-12 but will be limited to 24 pitchers, 14 catchers, and 30 hitters.

Structure:

• Position Instruction (pitching, catching, & hitting) followed by live pitching, catching & hitting.
• Pitchers & Catchers will automatically be included as hitters (if they wish).

What to Bring: Glove, bat, helmet, clean tennis shoes to wear in the Field House, and pitchers need to bring a person to catch that is not participating in the camp. Catchers will need to bring their own equipment. The non-participating catchers must also complete a medical hold harmless form.

Refunds: Your camp fee, less a $25.00 non-refundable administrative fee, will be refunded without questions if you cancel before December 21, 2019 at 11:59 PM. At any time after that date, a refund less a $30.00 administrative fee will be made for medical reasons and extenuating circumstances.  If it is a medical reason it must be accompanied by a signed medical statement from your physicians. If no request is made before camp begins, NO refund will be given, including no-shows.

Insurance & Medical Information: Kent State has purchased insurance for each participant that will cover injury over and above the primary insurance coverage. These forms can be downloaded from the Kent State Sports Camp website at www.kentstatesoftballcamps.com.

A first aid provider will be on duty.

Each participant and all catchers must have a hold harmless form and a medical care form in order to participate.
