Velocity Boot Camp
Velocity Boot Camp is a series of 6-week training sessions for athletes 12 and older who want to take their game to the next level. This 6 week program gives the athlete regular, consistent exposure to the best and latest information in throwing mechanics and strength training specific to throwing. This is the most intense program for any athlete to learn how to repeat their throw, while increasing arm strength and arm health. Athletes will typically see 4-7 mph increase in their overhand throws. Velocity Boot camp is a game changer for the athlete who is willing to put in the work. Open to softball and baseball players.
November 11- 14 is a dead period, November 25-30 is Fall Break and December 4 – 7 is a Dead Period. There will be no makeups if a training day is missed.
