Catching Workshop will provide catchers very hands on work to improve mobility, receiving, transfers, blocking, arm care and throwing speed, accuracy and pop times.  Session includes a 30 minute break for lunch and Q & A.

Location: Duke Softball Stadium (Address: 4 Brodie Gym, Durham, NC 27708)

What To Bring: Each camper must bring her own softball equipment. Players should bring a glove, cleats, running shoes or turf shoes, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear.
