Beginner/Intermediate Pitching Camp
Location: Pamplin Sports Gymnasium. Located on the Lewis and Clark Campus. Enter in at Gate 3. |
This camp is intended for a pitcher who is beginner to intermediate level pitching. This camp will be facilitated by Paige Hall, Lewis & Clark's pitching coach, along with other collegiate pitchers. Pitchers just starting out or have up to 2 years of experience, will go through the basic mechanics and fundamentals of the windmill fast-pitch motion. Drills will be a key component of the camp and learning how to use our legs when we pitch and having the proper mechanics! This is a great opportunity to learn from one of Oregon's best high school and college pitchers. Pitchers will also learn the key fundamentals of hitting your spots with the fastball and change-up.
Each Camper Will Need to Provide Their Own:
TENNIS SHOES, Catcher, Glove and Water Bottle.
**Pitchers must provide a catcher (friend, dad, mom, teammate, etc) to catch the pitcher during the camp.

• Current College players helping run the camp.
