Henry Ford College Sports Camps

Softball Prospect Camp

Campers will have the opportunity to work with College coaches. The Henry Ford coaching staff will help lead the camp with offense, defense, pitching, and catching. Each section will be aspects worked on during the camp. The day will consist of learning certain skill sets to become the best player you can be in all positions.

9:15 - 9:30 a.m.	Warm Up
9:30 - 9:50 a.m.	20 Yard Dash/Home to 1st
9:50 - 10:25 a.m.	Outfield - Fly Balls / Throwing Evaluations
10:25 - 10:55 a.m.	Infield - Ground Balls / Throwing Evaluations
10:55 - 11:25 a.m.	Catcher Pop Times / Pitcher Evaluations
11:25 - 11:55 a.m.	Pitcher Evaluations
12:00 - 2:00 p.m.	Batting Practice OR Game
