Winter Pitching League
Winter Pitching League is an instructive and competitive setting to assist participants in enhancing a variety of pitching skills. Improving essential pitching mechanics, increasing miles per hour, enhancing command and consistency, reviewing arm care and how to approach batters and situations. Elements of game-day preparation including how to attack hitters, to maximize pitchers efficiency with the goal of elevating weak contact percentages.
The Dayton Flyers experienced staff will also mentor participants in methods to enhance their confidence, leadership, and communication all while learning failure recovery strategies. This unique enrichment experience will allow the athletes to gain insight into what it is like to play at the NCAA I level.

Who: Grades 5th - 12th |
What to bring: Practice clothes, softball glove, tennis/turf shoes and water bottle. PITCHERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN CATCHER! If the catcher is under the age of 18 they will need to fill out and bring a copy of the medical waiver with them.
University of Dayton camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
