Prospect Clinic

Location: Stony Brook University, Indoor Hitting Facility

Discounts: Sign up for 2 sessions and receive a $15 discount.  Sign up for 3 sessions and receive a $40 discount.

Pitching: Learn the nuances of advanced pitching mechanics for spin, speed, and location to help take you to the next level.

Catching: Go beyond basic blocking and framing.  Learn how to increase range/mobility behind the plate, how to expand the strike zone for your pitcher, and become that field general.

Speed & Agility: Train like a Stony Brook Softball player.  Learn drills that improve athletic balance, explosiveness, and change of direction to improve your range and learn how it can take your defense and offensive game to the next level.

Hitting: Prepare your game for a higher level by tapping into your power.  Learn training techniques and how and when to make in-game adjustments.

What to bring:
Please bring all equipment necessary to participate in each clinic (glove, catcher’s gear, bat, helmet, etc.).  A catcher will not be needed for the pitching clinic.
**Spikes or molded cleats are not allowed in the Indoor Hitting Facility.  Please have tennis shoes or turfs.
