Winter Softball Pitching Workshop

Are you looking for a pitching workshop designed to help you elevate your game day plan?  If the answer is yes, then look no further.  The winter pitching workshop is designed to help each pitcher identify her strengths while working to understand how to effectively use them to her advantage on the mound. 

The workshop will consist of the following items: 

1. Pitch sequencing information based on YOUR best pitches and offspeed
2. Help developing each pitchers game day plan of attack and how to adjust to stay ahead of batters
3. Drills designed to put the pitcher into stressful situations designed to simulate game day 
4. Chalk talk session discussing how to effectively set up batters, including how to find your opponents weaknesses and keys to using your offspeed pitch to effectively set up your other pitches

Our goal is to provide a collaborative workshop atmosphere through discussion and drills to enhance each pitchers understanding of themselves.  Join us as we help you take your game to the next level!
