2020 FALL CAMP SESSION - ENTERING 7TH-12TH GRADES (FALL 2020)
Previous Camp Balance / Camp Forwards
Your camp balance does not reserve or hold your spot for future camps or clinics. If you are using a forward from a previous camp, please e-mail email@example.com once registration has opened for the camp or clinic you would like to register for AND prior to the camp or clinic filling up! You CANNOT register online if you are using a forward from a previous camp, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org once registration has opened for the camp or clinic you would like to register for AND prior to the camp or clinic filling up!
Camp Refund Policy
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of registering online for camp. Be sure and check your junk box, as sometimes the confirmation e-mail can get lost there. Also, the e-mail address you listed on the application is where the confirmation e-mail will be sent, so please double check that the e-mail address is entered correctly before submitting camp registration form.
Pay Remaining Balance Information
Remaining balance must be paid on-line by August 3rd, 2020. You can pay your remaining balance anytime with your registration ID, by clicking on the "PAY MY BALANCE" button on the left side of the screen.
Campers are responsible for their own overnight accommodations and getting to/from Rhoads Stadium each day.
Check-in will take place at Rhoads Stadium and campers will arrive according to where their last name falls in the alphabet. Camp activities will take place after registration.
- A-L | 6:30pm - 6:45pm
- M-Z | 6:45pm - 7:15pm
For whatever reason, if you are not able to arrive prior to 10AM on the first day of camp, please e-mail email@example.com to coordinate a modified registration time. Please do not email regarding a late check-in UNTIL the week of camp. If a camper is leaving early, please notify via email as well. Please do not email regarding a late check-out UNTIL the week of camp.
What To Bring To Camp Checklist
- Shorts / Pants (Whatever the camper is more comfortable in.)
- Softball Glove
- Catching Equipment (If you are a Catcher.)
- Softball Bat
- Batting Gloves
- Tennis Shoes / Cleats
- Spending Money (There will be camp souvenirs for sale.)
- Required Medical Documents (*See Further Explanation Below.)
We have a very specific method in which we assign teams. In order to insure everyone plays their primary position at Rhoads Stadium, we have to follow this proven system. We will not be able to accommodate any requests for campers to be put on the same team.
Friday, September 4th, 6:30PM – 8:30PM
Saturday, September 5th, 9:00AM-5:00PM (lunch will be provided to campers on the concourse of Rhoads Stadium)
Sunday, September 6th, 9:00AM-4:00PM (lunch will be provided to campers on the concourse of Rhoads Stadium)
Required Medical Documents
Even if you have attended Patrick Murphy Softball School Camps in the past, we will need NEW COPIES of both documents below at registration:
- Copy of Insurance Card
- Copy of School Physical (Completed Within 365 Days of Camp/Clinic Date) OR Signed Doctor’s Permission Form
THE NCAA PROHIBITS US FROM SAVING SPOTS FOR FUTURE CAMPS -- NO EXCEPTIONS.
All camps are open to any and all entrants. (Limit only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
Alabama Softball camps are solely operated by Patrick Murphy Softball School, which is not affiliated with The Board of Trustees of the University of Alabama or The University of Alabama.
