This year presented our summer  camp system with unique and unprecedented circumstances.  As we look toward the fall, we are optimistic that we will be able to host Lonni Alameda Winter Camp in December.  That being said, our current target dates for our 2020 Winter Camp will be Friday, December 18th through Sunday, December 20th .

 

Due to the uncertainty created by the COVID-19 virus we have established a way for you to reserve a spot in camp without any upfront financial commitment. Simply join our FREE Wait List. When camp is confirmed to take place, you will receive an email from us giving you the ability to pay the camp dues. If at the time you still wish to attend camp, you can pay securely online. If your circumstances change and you no longer wish to attend camp, simply let us know. You won’t owe us anything.

 

We anticipate that we will know more about the landscape on college campus by mid-October.  That being said, we will make a FINAL determination on whether we are able to proceed with camp (based on University Administration Policy and Protocols) on Thursday, October 15th and will notify you of our decision accordingly. At that time, if we are moving forward, you will be sent an email confirming your spot in camp with a link to complete your registration payment (those with camp credits will have credits applied at this time).  If we are not moving forward, your camp registration will be deleted and you will not need to take any further action.  If you have a camp credit with us from Summer camp, your credit amount will be refunded at this time as well.
