Supervision: Campers will be supervised by the coaching staff and counselors at all times. First Aid Providers: There will be a first aid provider on duty at all camp sessions. Campers must provide their own tape and Ace Bandages. Insurance: Primary coverage is the responsibility of each camper and her parent(s)/guardian(s). KSU has purchased secondary insurance for each participant that will cover over and above the participant’s primary coverage. Medical Forms: Each camper much bring with them the completed Medical Care and Hold Harmless Forms. These can be downloaded at www.kentstatecamps.com. Cancellation/Refund: Your camp fee, less a $30.00 non-refundable administrative fee, will be refunded without question if you cancel before July 16, 2018. At any time after that date, a refund less a $30.00 administrative fee will be made for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a signed medical statement from your physician. If no request for cancellation is made before camp begins, no refund will be given, including no-shows. Late Fee: A $20.00 per person additional late fee will be added to all applications posted after July 16, 2018. Location: All sessions will be held on the state-of- the-art Murphy-Mellis Field Hockey turf which features a one of the country’s premier watering systems. Transportation will be provided to and from the field, residence halls and dining hall. Check-In: Overnighter’s will check in at the assigned dorm between 11:30am and 12:00pm. Commuter’s will check in at the field at the start of the first session. Please be advised that the first session will begin around 1:30pm. More information will be provided in a confirmation letter sent out 1 week prior to the camp. Items to bring: Stick, Shin Guards, Mouth Guard, Bedding, Fan, Water Bottle, Turf Shoes, Goalkeepers must provide their own equipment.
