Elevate to the NEXT Level

A series of ongoing skills sessions combined with strength and conditioning, Panthers Performance Academy is for the athlete looking to elevate their game. We develop field hockey athletes of all ages on and off the field. Our newest program, Performance Academy, is for those athletes that want to enhance their play with strength, fitness, agility, speed and conditioning. We take all of these and combine them with field hockey skills and bring your game to a new level.

Each session offers 30 minutes of Core performance (strength and conditioning) and 30 minutes of skill sessions (field hockey stickwork and skills). Athletes are divided by age and skill levels as indicated below. Class times are for our spring season beginning March 20th, 2019 and run through June 9th, 2019.
