2020 Bard College Squash Camp
About the Camps
The Bard College Squash Camp is open to experienced and new junior players. The focus of the curriculum will cover the fundamentals of squash, and campers will develop correct technique and improve existing skills in a fun packed week of squash. This camp is best suited for middle school and high school aged participants. No experience is necessary. Camp instruction will cover the basic shots, grip and footwork. Rules of the game, scoring, match play and tactics will be covered with an end of week tournament and prizes.
All equipment, including rackets, balls and mandatory eye-wear will be provided each day. Non-marking sneakers are required. Snacks, refreshments, lunch and t-shirts will be provided for each camper.

Camp Director
Craig Thorpe-Clark was named Head Men's Squash Coach in the summer of 2014. He took on the task of starting the Women's Squash program in the fall of 2016. A native of Australia and former US National Coach, Thorpe-Clark has over 25 years of professional coaching experience and 20 years of collegiate coaching experience.
