The emphasis of this program is to improve athletic strength, endurance, speed, and agility.Gr. 10-12 on turf and FH Weight room. Gr 7-8 in WAC. Gr. 9 on Turf and WAC

2018-19 middle school participants will need to submit a current sports physical to the LSW Athletic Office
All highschool campers are required to have a current physical on file on the LSW PRIVIT website.

Grade 9 on turf and WAC weight room
*All high school age athletes attending camp must reside in the LSW attendance area and have a current physical on file with LSW.
*All incoming 8th graders must reside in the LSW attendance area.
