This camp is designed to better prepare the Titan femaile athlete for her future sport season(s). All female athletes entering 8th - 12th grades in the fall of 2018 are encouraged to participate in this seven week program. Participants will learn proper lifting and spotting techniques, improve overall strength and endurance, learn and perform proper running mechanics, improve foot speed and directional changes, learn and perform proper flexibility exercises, improve overall explosiveness and quickness.   To stay informed of changes and updates, sign up for "remind" by sending a text to 81010 and text the message @lswswc2018!  Questions?
