High School Camp
To provide all Lincoln Lutheran athletes the opportunity to improve their strength and athletic ability during the summer. We as a Coaching Staff are committed to providing a top of the line summer workout program as well as a structured and positive environment for your son or daughter. These workouts are not sport specific but aimed at developing better athletes.
For athletes to attend training sessions four days per week.
Activities:
Strength workouts along with speed, agility, plyometric and core specific and flexibility instruction
Additional Information:
- Athletes must provide workout clothes and shoes
- Please bring a water bottle
- These are not mandatory workouts
