Strength and Performance Camp
This session is designed for novice level lifters. Those athletes that have not take a Strength and Performance class during the school year.
This is an introductory level session structured to emphasize proper technique for all lifts and exercises, including safety. Students are provided principles and practice techniques for a beginner strength program. Progression concepts are taught.
June 4th-27th | July 9th-25th | Tuesday - Thursday Dead period is June 28th - July 8th |
Grades: 9th-12th |
Location: Lee's Summit High School - Tiger Training Facility
Female athletes will condition from 7:45 AM - 8:45 AM
Male athletes conditioning will be up to the individual sport coaches from 7:45 AM - 8:45 AM
