2019 Strength & Conditioning
Note: Week 1 will run Tuesday-Friday. All other weeks will run Monday-Thursday. All 2-Day Session athletes can choose any 2 days to attend during Week 1.
To provide all Lincoln Lutheran athletes the opportunity to improve their strength and athletic ability during the summer. We as a Coaching Staff are committed to providing a top of the line summer workout program as well as a structured and positive environment for your son or daughter. These workouts are not sport specific but aimed at developing better athletes.
Strength workouts along with speed, agility, plyometric, core specific, and flexibility instruction. All activities will be age appropriate.
- A t-shirt is included
- A minimum of 30 athletes must register to avoid cancellation
- Athletes must provide workout clothes and shoes
- Athletes should also bring a bottle of water to each workout
- These workouts are not mandatory but encouraged
