7th Grade Strength Training Camp
The North Polk Booster Club will be offering a middle school strength training camp for each middle school grade level.
We will be teaching age-appropriate, research based skills by certified strength training coaches. T-shirt included.
- Through strength training, we will improve our athletes mental and physical ability to compete in our athletic programs.
- Improve functional strength
- Improve Speed, Quickness, Agility and Explosiveness
- Improve Mobility and Flexibility
- Improve Confidence & Trust in our programs
- Improve our ability to limit injuries
February 12th - March 27th
Dates: February 12th, 14th, 19th, 21st, 26th, 28th
March 4th, 6th, 25th, 27th
Time: 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Note: 7th graders who are in the MS play, sign up for the 8th grade session.
