Boys Beginners Weights
This session is designed for novice level lifters. Those athletes that have not take a Strength and Performance class during the school year.
This is an introductory level session structured to emphasize proper technique for all lifts and exercises, including safety. Students are provided principles and practice techniques for a beginner strength program. Progression concepts are taught.
June 3rd-25th | July 7th-23rd | Tuesday - Thursday
Dead period is June 26th - July 6th
