Lincoln Lutheran Camps
2020 Strength & Conditioning

We will be using professional trainers to lead our program.  We believe this will help maximize our athlete's gifts and abilities and take our strength and conditioning to the next level.

High School Camp
Date: May 26th - July 30th
Entering Grades: 9th - 12th
Boys: 7:00 am - 8:15 am
Girls: 7:45 am - 9:00 am
Cost: $100.00 (40 Sessions)
Includes Camp T-Shirt
(Proceeds go to purchase workout equipment and to defray administrative costs)

High School Camp Schedule
Monday - Thursday
Week 1: May 26th - 29th (Tuesday - Friday)
Week 2: June 1st - 4th
Week 3: June 8th - 11th
Week 4: June 15th - 18th
Week 5: June 22nd - 25th
Week 6: June 29th - July 1st
Week 7: July 6th - 9th
Week 8: July 13th - 16th
Week 9: July 20th - 23rd
Week 10: July 27th - July 30th
(Friday Mornings & some evenings may be offered depending on athlete interest and coach availability.)

Purpose:
To provide all Lincoln Lutheran athletes the opportunity to improve their strength and athletic ability during the summer. We, as a Coaching Staff, are committed to providing a top of the line summer workout program as well as a structured and positive environment for your son or daughter. These workouts are not sport specific but aimed at developing better athletes. We are again using the professional trainers from Phoenix. Utilizing them this past year has went well and we look forward to this continued partnership.

Goal:
For athletes to attend training sessions four days per week.

Activities:
Strength workouts along with speed, agility, plyometric, core specific, and flexibility instruction

Additional Information:

  • Athletes must provide workout clothes and shoes.
  • Please bring a water bottle.
  • These are not mandatory workouts
