Wildcat Ready - Elite Camp 2018

CAMP HOURS
Camp will begin at 2:00pm on Saturday. Camp will end at 4:00pm on Sunday.
Commuters are to be picked up at Belk Arena at 9:00pm on Saturday.

CHECK-IN
Check in will be held for ALL campers on Saturday, June 23rd at the Sentelle Resident Hall at 1:00pm.
You will need to park in the Baker parking lot and follow the Women’s Basketball signs that will lead you up the pathway towards Dormitory Drive to Sentelle Hall. The dorm will be on your right after passing our College Union.

KEY DEPOSIT
A $40.00 key deposit is required at check in for our Overnight campers. Checks payable to CoachGCF, LLC.
Checks will be returned to you after returning your child’s room key at check out.

REFUND POLICY
NO registration refunds will be given without documentation of an injury or illness from a medical provider. Please note there will be a $50.00 administrative fee assessed for cancellations.

SCHOLARSHIPS / FINANCIAL AID
Due to NCAA regulations, we are unable to provide financial assistance to our camp.

MEDICAL INFORMATION
When registering for camp, a medical release and parental permit signature is required to attend camp.

PHOTO RELEASE
Your electronic signature will also include a photo release to allow any photos to be published.

ROOMMATES
A choice of two roommates can be listed when registering. We will try our best to assign one of choices requested. If no roommate is requested, we will place campers together based on age.

MEALS
Campers will have Dinner on Saturday evening, Sunday Breakfast and Lunch in our Vail Commons dining hall. For our overnight campers, parents will be able to purchase a pizza for their child to enjoy in their dorm on Saturday night.   

WILDCAT CAMP STORE
Our camp store will offer concessions and apparel for the campers throughout the day. Please Note: There is NO Food Allowed in the upstairs lobby of the Baker Sports Complex.

ATHLETIC TRAINER
There will be an athletic trainer on site during our camp and at camp registration. If there are any medical concerns regarding your child, please speak to them at our check-on. If your child is on regular medications, please bring them to camp in a zip lock bag labeled with your child’s name along with written Instructions.

SECURITY
Supervision is provided by counselors in the dorms. Davidson College campus police provides security. All counselors have phones for any emergency calls.

WHAT TO BRING
Basketball shoes, sneakers, sandals, t-shirts, shorts, socks, undergarments, bath towels, and toiletries.
Dorms: Bed linens are NOT provided. Campers are responsible for bringing twin sheets regular or extra-long (36”x80”), pillow, blanket.

PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT BRING VALUABLES TO CAMP. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. EACH COUNSELOR WILL HAVE A PHONE ACCESSABLE FOR A CAMPER TO USE IF THEY NEED TO PHONE HOME.
