SPEED / AGILITY & SHOOTING ACADEMY

Back by popular demand is the Speed/Agility & Shooting Academy. The academy will consist of two shooting sessions and a speed/agility session. Each participant will receive 90 minutes of speed/agility training and 90 minutes of shooting development. The first shooting session will be grades 3rd-5th, and the second session will be 6th-HS. The split will allow for the participants to truly work on their shot with increased repetitions. We will be accepting no more than 60 participants outside of the program members, so please register as soon as possible to secure your spot. Shooting Sesson 1 | Grades 3rd-5th: 9:00am - 10:30am
Speed/Agility | All Grades: 10:30am - 12:00pm
Shooting Session 2 | Grades 6th-HS: 12:00pm - 1:30pm
Cost: $300
