GUARD SKILLS ACADEMY

The 2018 Guard Skills Academy will be comprised of 45 minutes of complete skill development which includes ball-handling, shooting, passing, footwork, and also game specific development. We have decided that to increase repetitions and have the proper drills for the proper grades, the sessions will be split. The first session will be 3rd-5th, while the second session is 6th-HS.

Grade Level: 3rd - HS
Shooting Sesson 1 | Grades 3rd-5th: 9:00am - 10:30am
Speed/Agility | All Grades: 10:30am - 12:00pm
Shooting Session 2 | Grades 6th-HS: 12:00pm - 1:30pm
