The Panther Swim Camp is open to both boy and girl competitive swimmers who are interested in improving their swimming technique in all strokes, as well as learning the training phases and energy levels needed to be the best swimmer they can be. The Panther Swim Camp give each participant the opportunity to learn from excellent collegiate coaches as well as current and former collegiate swimmers. The camp is presented in a fun, positive, energetic and safe environment with the focus on improvement, learning, and building relationships. Each session gives the camper an opportunity to get better and to learn what it takes to be the best they can be.

• June 24-27 Check in 6:00-6:30pm on June 24, check out at 4:00 June 27
• All check in and check out will be at the UNI Wellness and Rec Center

EACH PANTHER SWIM CAMPER WILL RECEIVE:

• Instruction by UNI staff and athletes
• Skill instruction in a group and individual setting
• Video analysis of the four strokes, starts and turns
• An opportunity to learn the technical aspects of all fours strokes through classroom sessions
• A great time meeting other campers through interaction and outside activities
• A camp T shirt

Panther Swim Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender.
