2018 William Peace University Skills Camp

This summer, we will host our inaugural skills camp in the Hermann Athletic Center on the campus of William Peace University. As the game of basketball continues to evolve, the ability to shoot the ball is paramount, no matter what position you play.

Whether you are a point guard or a center, to play at the next level, you have to be able to knock down open shots to spread the floor. This is a core belief of our basketball program at William Peace. We have been top 20 in the nation in 3 point field goals attempted the last 4 years. To play at WPU, you have to be able to shoot it!

We teach that there are three areas of the floor that you want to score it from:

1. The rim
2. The free throw line
3. 3pt line

We will work on all three of these scoring areas at our Skills Camp—putting campers through exactly what our guys go through. It does not matter what position you play—you will be put in uncomfortable situations to improve your range—and your game!
