League Details

Coach/Team Registration

Coaches - Once you have registered your team below, you will be contacted by our league registrar. The registrar will then forward you instructions on how to officially register your players online.

Players Without a Team (Waiting List)

Since this is a team league, all players are required to have a team before officially registering. If your child does not have a coach, feel free to add your child's name to our waiting list. This does not guarantee placement, nor does the order of registration determine placement. All players on the waiting list that have not been selected by a coach by September 5, will be contacted by the league registrar.

Individual Player Registration

After your coach registers with the league, he/she will contact you by email and give you instructions on how to formally register online.

The Frederick County Fall Ball Team League welcomes Boys and Girls that will be in grades 5-9 this fall. Note: Children in grade 7 may choose to play in either league. However, once the child has registered with one team, they must remain on that team.

Boys - Junior Division (grade 5-7)
Boys - Senior Division (grade 7-9)

Girls - Junior Division (grade 5-7)
Girls - Senior Division (grade 7-9)

Regular Season Dates/Playoffs

Regular season games will be held on Sundays from September 16-November 4. Regular season games will be played on the hour starting at 1 PM. The last game of the evening will be determined by the number of teams that register with the league (typically 4, 5 or 6). One day Playoff games will be played on Sunday, November 4. All games will be played in the Main or Auxiliary gym at Oakdale High School.

Registration & Fees

$80.00 per player. Each player will be given a team t-shirt. ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN July 1, 2018.

Registration Process for TEAMS:

Step 1: Coaches register their team online starting June 13, 2018. REGISTER

Step 2: The league will begin online individual player registration on July 1, 2018 for those who have a coach registered with the league.

Player Registration Deadlines

Each team MUST HAVE 5 players registered by August 17 to GUARANTEE A SPOT.
Each team MUST HAVE 8 players registered by September 2 to GUARANTEE A SPOT.
Note: On September 3, we reserve the right to replace teams with a different team or add players to teams if a coach does not have at least 8 registered. A full roster of 10 players (max 13) must be registered online by September 9, 2018. Players will not be allowed to participate in a game until he/she has formally registered online for Fall Ball.

Officiating

Games are officiated by IAABO.

Team Practice (not required)

Players will be notified by their coach if their team schedules a practice. In years past, many teams practice at outdoor locations around the community.
