The Panther High School Prep Swim Camp is open to both boy and girl swimmers in grades 7-12 who are new to high school swimming or competitive swimming and intend to join their high school program. The Panther High School Prep Swim Camp gives each participant the opportunity to learn from excellent collegiate coaches as well as current and former collegiate swimmers. The camp is presented in a fun, positive, energetic and safe environment with the focus on improvement, learning, and building relationships. This camp provides each swimmer an introduction to all four competitive strokes, starts, and turns along with classroom instruction on practice and meet essentials. We will also provide an introduction to dryland training in order to build the basics to provide the foundation for strength and conditioning for all athletes.

Objectives: 

• Provide an introduction to all four competitive strokes, starts, and turns
• Provide exposure to swimming language and practice basics
• Provide classroom sessions to explain the different events and swim meet basics

Panther Swim Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender.
