Event Description

We are excited to announce that the Girls Elite Position Camp is not only a great opportunity to improve your skills but it is also our Premier ID Camp.  We have invited some of the best athletes in the Midwest (and beyond) to come learn more about the UW-Oshkosh brand of volleyball.
All camp participants will work on the two most important skills in the game - serving and passing, you will get to play in a team tournament and get plenty of instruction in your position(s).  Skill session descriptions and points of emphasis will be posted in the gym at the start of camp so you can decide what you want to work on.   We encourage players that have a strong desire to work hard and learn to attend this camp.
In addition to all of the skill work and competition, we will offer a few great opportunities for those athletes that want to play at the next level.  During our dinner breaks, we will offer two classroom sessions.  One will focus on the general recruiting process (for all age groups and divisions) and the other will focus specifically on the Oshkosh Volleyball Program.  Players are encouraged to come to camp with any questions they may want answered during those sessions.  Each will be approximately an hour in duration.  In addition to these Q&A sessions, student-athletes will have an opportunity to sign up for a campus tour guided by our admissions department, current players, and coaching staff.
This camp promises to be a fun one!  We look forward to the opportunity to work with you!!
